Half of a forest raised hog. You will just pay a deposit now and when the pork is ready, you will contact the butcher directly to choose which cuts you would like. Our pork is:
1- Forest Raised/ Pastured
2- Supplemented with NonGMO feed
3- Treated throughout their lives with the utmost respect
The final price will be based on the hanging weight at the butcher. Half a hog is $4.50/lb hanging weight. The next batch is due to go to the processor the first week of September 2025.
