One Forest Raised Hog. You will just pay a deposit now and when the pork is ready, you will contact the butcher directly to choose which cuts you would like. Our pork is:
1- Forest Raised/ Pastured
2- Supplemented with NonGMO feed
3- Treated throughout their lives with the utmost respect
The final price will be based on the hanging weight at the butcher. A whole hog is $4.25/lb hanging weight. Next batch is due to go in to processing the first week of September 2025.
